Starting salary: $77,480.00

· Lateral Officers:
Starting salary: $90,334.40

· Retirement Health Savings Plan – Over 120 Hrs Comp Deposited / Over 1000 Hrs of Sick Time deposited.
· Sick Time: May be accumulated up to 1000 Hrs., with additional time being deposited into the officers RHS account. Officers are entitled to 100% of sick time with a minimum of 500 hours deposited into their RHS plan at the time of separation or retirement.
· 457 Deferred Compensation Investment Plans
· Longevity Bonus: 10 Years - .75%, 15 Years – 1.0%, 20 Years – 1.25%

· 32 Hours of Personal Time per Year

· Quarter Master System: All uniform items provided.
· Tuition Reimbursement: Eligible to officers seeking to complete Bachelor’s Degree or continuing education, with 75% reimbursement for tuition and related expenses for course work related to employee’s position.
· Minimum of 56 Hours of In-House scenario-based training.
· POWER TEST completion yearly taken for pay
